Historyman presents Libby McNamee (lawyer, author, and historian) as she reflects on her book, Susanna's Midnight Ride.  This is a story of how a young woman braved the elements and the real threat of the enemy to warn Lafayette about a plot to capture him.  Her brave actions saved the American General from capture and became a legend in the Virginia countryside.
