The Battle of Huck's Defeat Movie with Edgar Bravo, Richard Meehan, and Larry Shull

Historyman presents Edgar Bravo's latest film from his No Restrictions Studio in Spartanburg, South Carolina.  Award winning director and filmaker, Edgar Bravo, has partnered with Award winning author and historian Richard Meehan to create this heart pounding film that tugs at the heart strings.  With the help of their production manager, Larry Shull, the No Restriction Studio hopes to release this movie around Independence Day 2026.  

"Huck’s Defeat" is based on the story of patriot Martha Bratton and the Battle of Williamson’s Plantation. It will serve as the first installment in a planned series that explores the human drama faced by patriots as they fought to prevent the British Legion and their Loyalist allies from occupying South Carolina. The project is dedicated to accurately and authentically portraying the characters and events crucial to securing our freedom.
