Historyman presents the Fort Gower Resolves with Tom O'Grady. Tom O'Grady gives us insight into Lord Dunmore's War and the Gower Resolves. These Resolves predated the Declaration of Independence by a year and a half. They are part of a series of Associational Documents coming out of the colonies from every-day men at the time. Many of the fighters in Dunmore's War were prominent Patriots of the American Revolutionary War and the development of the Ohio River Valley. It probably is no coincidence that they were signed on a prominent English holiday, Guy Fawkes day. Freedom Reigns!
